Antiblocking Agents:
JKP manufacture antiblocking agents based on highly pure precipitated silica additive.
- Effect of masterbatch: Reduces blocking tendency of two film surfaces in contact with each other.
- Application: Blocking tendency is most commonly observed in production of thin LDPE, LLDPE films at higher processing temperatures and due to high winding tensions blocking tendency increases with corona treatment of these films.
