ABSL 10 (Polybatch Antiblocking):
Polybatch ABSL is antiblocking master batches containing synthetic silica. The addition of an antiblocking master batch avoids blocking during wind up, regulates the slip and antistatic properties of additivated films and allows a smooth unwinding and slitting of reels.
Physical properties:
Free flowing pellets containing:
- ABSL 10: 10 percent synthetic silica in PE
- Specific gravity: 0.940 g/cm3
- Bulk density: 650 Kg/m3
- Colour: Off-white
Usage:
Polybatch ABSL antiblocking masterbatches are characterized by their excellent dispersion. The Polybatch ABSL has been selected for its good optical properties. POLYBATCH antiblocking master batches are normally added in the skin only.
Recommended addition rate:
1 to 2 percent Polybatch ABSL 10 (1000 to 2000 ppm silica)
