PE Antistatic Masterbatch:
SMAE15F, with PE carrier resin. It has a perfect antistatic effect and it can keep the antistatic effect for a long time.

Physical properties:
- MFI (190 Degree C, 2.16 kg): 4 +/- 2 g/10 min. (Test standard: GB3682-2000)
- Shape: Semi-translucent cylindrical particle
- Density: 0.92 to 0.95 g/cm3 (Test standard: GB1033-86)
- Volatile Content (90 Degree C, 3 hrs): < 0.15 percent
- Weight by amount: 700 +/- 50 pieces / 10g (Test standard: leading)

Applications:
SMAE15F can be used to make all kinds of polyolefin plastic antistatic production, for example: PE plastic film, PE plastic pieces and other injection molding productions.

Addition rate suggestion:
In the normal, the addition rate is 2 percent to 5 percent, but customer can adjust addition rate according to the thickness and different antistatic demand.

Packing:
PE heavy-duty bag, 25kg/bag.

Storage:
The production can be stored well in the original package, but you should seal it carefully after you open the package. The shelf life is about six months under the maximum room temperature of 25 Degree C. A high storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
