Combibatch Masterbatches:
The SCJ group offers single pack masterbatch where colour along with property enhancement is needed. This includes colour masterbatches with UV, Anti-oxidant, PPA, FR or with any other specific performance property required.
Although we offer additive masterbatches, our combibatch masterbatch range is for customers who prefer single pack masterbatches to achieve the desired colour with specific properties without carrying multi product inventories and dosing.
Speciality Masterbatches for Polypropylene BCF, CF and Non-Woven Application:
SCJ Group, have speciality masterbatch for dope dying of PP filament yarn. The masterbatch exhibits excellent spinning and filter performance with best light fastness properties suitable to varied spinning plants.
The masterbatches are available as single pigment concentrate (mono) and ready to use compounded masterbatch. Needless to mention tailor made solutions are also available.
Additive masterbatch: Masterbatches for UV and thermal stabilization of PP yarn for enhanced performance and life.
Bleach white masterbatch: Masterbatches for excellent optical properties of yarn to suppress yellowness of natural and white yarn.
