1) SMAS003:
SMAS003 is a specialized master batch to blow film and blow bottle.
Its carrier resin is LLDPE, only contains new type multi-functional micro particle, don't add other additive filler. We produce SMAS003 by special process technology. When we blow the film, SMAS003 has a good dispersion in the LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE. It also can improve the extrusion efficiency.
Physical properties:
- MFI (190 Degree C, 5 kg): 15 +/- 5 g/10 min. (Test standard: GB3682-2000)
- Shape: Gray oval particle
- Density: 1.6 - 1.8
- Volatile Content (90 Degree C, 3 hrs): - Weight by amount: 400 +/- 50 pieces / 10g (Test standard: leading)
Applications:
SMAS003 can be used to make heavy-duty PE packing bags; PE liquid packing film; hygienic products and sanitation product package, agricultural film; PE hand-bag; inside bag of package; high quality PE T-shirt bag; PE garbage bags. The PE film which add SMAS003 can be compounded with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, don't affect their complex property and heat-seal property.
Addition rate suggestion:
The addition rate is 5 percent to 15 percent, if the film is multi-layer extrusion, we advice you to add it in the core layer, the effect is better. Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by test.
Packing:
PE heavy-duty bag, 25Kg/bag.
Storage:
Product is sensitive to moisture. Could store well within original package. Should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90 Degree C within 30 minutes.

SMAS05C is also suitable for the producing of hollow blow molding which volume is less than 10 liter.
