Transparent Filler for colored woven fabric
We manufacture a wide variety of Transparent Fillers
Carrier Resin - PE and PP
Effect of Masterbatch - Transparent Fillers are recommended to use for colour woven sack fabric instead of normal CaCO3 Filler to enable reduction of loading of costlier colour masterbatch, since the base of Transparent Filler is Talc. Transparent Filler can also be used in White tape along with normal CaCO3 Filler as an additional loading (up to 4-5 percentages) without much effect on properties of the fabric. It is very useful to bring down the cost of the final product.
Transparent Filler are used widely in HM-HDPE Carry / Shopping bags as filler, It also gives glossy surface finish.
Applications - All types of PP and HDPE colour and white woven fabric / tapes. It is very useful in HM-carry / Shopping bags. We also have grades for PP Lamination
LDR - 4-40 PHR depending upon the suitability with process / product. Dosage levels are indicative figures. It can be higher or lower depending upon machine, tolerance acceptable to final product, processing condition, type and nature of raw material use, etc.
