H Lene Filler Masterbatches:
H-Lene is produced by base polymer LLDPE/HDPE of high MFI and compounded with specialize fine (1-2 micron) particle mineral, Titanium-Di-Oxide, binding agents, strengthening co-polymer, additives and brighteners, specialized chemicals etc. Its applications include:
- Shopping bags
- LD/HM carry bags (Natural, White)
- HD blow molding, container (Lamination, Multilayer, Sheets)
Calene:
Calene is a compound of special mineral of fine particle size with extra brightness and additives for enhanced elasticity. It is a polymer extrusion cost reducing additive. Calco Polychem's range of calene can replace virgin polymer by 4-7 percent, thus maintaining brightness and transparency of product. Calene has a unique application for colored polymer extrusion.
Its applications include:
- LD liner PE films
- HDPE pure transparent woven fabric
- Natural PE based polymer extrusion
- Woven sacks, color films
Transparent (TPT):
TPT is pure natural talc based filler. The end product gives transparency with no whiteness and opacity. It is used in HM films, liners, raffia tape, PP molding furniture, expanded PE sheet.
