JJBlend T-Aid is an excellent product for lamination purpose and addition in blown film as natural filler.
Application: JJBlend T-Aid is manufactured with most bright and fine grade of Talc to impart better shining and transparency to the material or film. These JJBlend T-Aid are added to the polymer for laminations purpose as well as imparting transparency to the tape manufactured. Transparency provides aesthetic appeal to the bags formed out of transparent tapes.
Advantages of JJ Blend Antifib:
- Loading up to 25 percent
- Uniform particle size thus better mixing
- Desire strength at very thin lamination also
- Excellent dispersion with polymer
- Acts as a cost reducing agent
- Lesser wastage
- Excellent transparency
- Enhances the surface modulus of PP Products
- Improves heat resistance of PP Products

(Note: Varies as per the customer requirement)
Addition level: JJ Blend TPT T-Aid can be added up to 25 percent during processing of polymer at tape line or during lamination. The addition level will vary depending on the application of the final fabric/bags and the tape denier. It is highly recommended that this JJBlend T-Aid should be pre dried in hopper dryer or dehumidifier at 80 degrees C to withdraw possible moisture absorbed by Talc.
