Soltex produces a complete range of filler mastebatches and compounds for the production of liners, shopping bags, grocery bags, PE pouches. Calcium carbonate/talc filled masterbatches for the film bags industry consists of whole range in milky as well as natural effects. These are designed for bubble stability at the plant and anti-burn at the die lips at higher loadings than the conventional masterbatches available in the market. These are specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefins with micronized calcium carbonate in the most modern compounding extrusion plants employing the latest state-of-the-art technology. The plants are equipped with sophisticated controls to achieve the desired results from a very high degree of dispersion to the required pellet geometry
