We manufacture Optical Brightner Master Batch based on highly concentrated brighter chemical.
Carrier Resin - PE, PS, PET
Percentage of Active Ingredient - 1% to 5%
Effect of Master Batch - Optical Brightner absorbs light from lower frequency range of normal visible spectrum and reflects back with a bluish tinge thereby suppressing yellowness index of base polymer. Hence the product gets a glossy surface appearance.
Applications - All types of plastic items including multiplayer and monolayer films, Jhabla, Injection and Blow moulding articles, Results have been achieved in a few
Rotomoulding applications also.
We have optical brightner masterbatch for all type of PS, HIPS, ABS, SAN, and PET Bottle / Fibers / Film.
Let Down Ratio - 0.2 - 1 percentage depending upon product

- Optical Brightner is effective not only in whites but can give improvements in natural product and blacks.
- Depending upon the thickness of the article, addition levels may vary. For higher thickness of product lesser loading of optical brightner is recommended.
