A Plast-XL is an Epoxydised Soyabean Oil with low molecular weight, serving as an excellent auxiliary Vinyl Stabilizer & Plasticizer. Due to its higher Oxirane Oxygen Content & Minimum Hydroxyl Value, it assures optimum compatibility & stabilizing effectiveness.
Plast-XL used in the manufacture of PVC Clear Films, Shrink Films, Bristal Films, Clear Braded Pipe and CPW. Plast-XL being very low coloured to almost colourless low odour Epoxydised Vinyl Oil, it is most suitable for the above products giving no effect of colour & odour in products
Plast-XL due to its better compatibility with other PVC Polymers gives better PVC compounds as regarding uniformity lustre. It provides good plasticizing & stabilizing effect against degradation by heat & light in vinyl compounds
