Our masterbatches are available in a full range of colours & additives. These masterbatches are made on the technologically advanced machines & sophisticated testing equipments with the experience of well qualified experts. Quality control on incoming raw materials, preparation of chips & checking on computerised laboratory testing equipments ensures reliability for customer end use applications.
Our masterbatches are based on LLDPE base resins and therefore compatible with LDPE, HDPE & PP resins used by converters. Applications where these are commonly used are films, injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. Products such as shopping bags, garden furniture, bottles/jerry cans, mats, woven sacks and more can be coloured with our standard colour masterbatches.
Processing Aid : Improve processability and quality of film, especially in LLDPE. Main advantages include elimination of melt fracture in films, improves transparency, increases gloss, reduces die build up and faster colour changing time incustomer's process.
