Product Description - Masterbatch based on fluorocarbon polymer processing aid
Carrier Resin - PE
Percentage of Active Ingredient - 3
Effect of Master Batch - Eliminates melt fracture / shark skin effect observed during production of LLDPE rich blends or 100 percentages LLDPE Films, Drip Laterals on narrow die gaps (< 1.5 mm)
Applications - 100 percentages LLDPE Films or LLDPE Rich Blend Films, Drip Laterals.
Let Down Ratio - During start-up 1.5 percentages for first 30 minutes till the melt fracture is eliminated in Films, Drip Laterals, etc. Afterwards 0.5 percentages to 0.7 percentages
Further Information - Other advantages of polymer processing aid masterbatch when incorporated are -
- Reduces die lip build U P
- Reduces processing temperature
- Increases throughput
- The use of narrow die gap results in a more Stable Bubble and Tougher Film because of faster cooling.
