Liquid Stabilizer cum Kicker:
The Instabex KB and KB II series is employed as stabilizer cum kicker along with blowing agents like azodi-carbonamide. Production of satisfactory chemically blown foam depends on the correct selection of polymer, plasticizer, filler and blowing agent. These kickers reduce decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, provide adequate thermal stability and control evolution of gas. Incorporation of epoxy in the formulation will improve heat stability, aging properties and also assist in better formation.
