Instabex MA:
Instabex MA is a high efficiency Barium-Cadmium based complex stabilizer recommended for both rigid as well as Plasticized calendared products, which requires high degree of initial colour retention and long-term heat stability. Instabex MA does not show degradation when subjected to dynamic heat stability test at 185 Degree C for 60 mins.
Physical properties:
- Appearance: Clear pale brown coloured liquid
- Colour (Gardner): 6 Max.
- Specific gravity at 30 Degree C: 1.05 +/- 0.03
- Viscosity at 30 Degree C: 12 Sec. max. in Fords Cup B-4
Suggested applications:
Calendared products in lighter shades, plasticized moulded articles.
Recommended dosage:
- Rigid: 2.5 to 3.0 phr
- Plasticized: 2.0 to 2.5 phr
