One Pack Stabilizers:
1) Instabex C - 2:
The following ranges of products are essentially stabilizer one-packs where external as well as internal lubricants are to be added separately. This gives maneuverability to the operator to adjust the formulation in relation to filler loading.

This is the perfect stab one pack system for local conditions. It is highly recommended for twin screw extruders but can also be used on single screw extruders.

- Metal content as percent Pb: 50.00 to 52.00 (Test method: QA/TMM/014)
- Metal content as percent PbO: 53.86 to 56.01 (Test method: QA/TMM/014)
- Particle size (percent): 99.00 through 200 Mesh (Test method: QA/TMM/011)
- Specific gravity: 2.00 to 2.30 (Test method: QA/TMM/010)

2) Instabex C - 333:
Over a period of time, Aryavart's research had proved that if various stabilizers are produced in controlled conditions and complexes, the one-pack thus formed, gives better results than commodity stabilizers. The following ranges of Stabilizer-Lubricant One-packs are offered in flake form and avoid dusting.
This is most suitable for high output machines where filler loading is moderate say ranging between 8 to 16phr.
