White Masterbatches:
1) SMA002:
SMA002 is a specialized master batch for blown film with LLDPE carrier resin. Adding this master batch in film blowing process, there will be excellent dispersion, It can increase luster effectively and increase the white color and opacity , in addition no small-molecule migrations out on the extruder die. It can effectively improve productivity and cut cost is remarkable.
Physical properties:
- MFI (190 Degree C, 2.16 kg): 6 +/- 3 g/10 min. (Test standard: GB3682-2000)
- Shape: white and opacity cylindrical particle
- Volatile Content (90 Degree C, 3 hrs): - Granule by amount: 400 +/- 50 pieces / 10g (Test standard: leading)
Applications:
SMA002 will be distribute in PE film evenly, it is used in production of PE film and other white film, it can increase the luster, white color and opacity effectively. The PE film that add in SMA002 will compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, it don't affect films peel intensity and heat seal intensity.
Addition rate suggestion:
- Single layer blowing film, add in 2 percent to 8 percent
- Three layer milk-white film, layer center add in 10 percent, compound layer add in 5 percent, the addition rate will affect films white color and opacity, so the excellent addition rate will confirm after test.
Compatibility:
SMA002 has good dispersion in PE.

SMA001J is a high quality white masterbatch refined by high quality rutile grade TiO2 and PE resin as a carry agent. Has good dispersivity performance and stability, excellent light resistant and heat resistant. These products meet ROHS requirement in EU and FDA standard in United States. No poison and no side effect to environment.
