We offer an integrated mould for the manufacturing of PET, PVC, PP and other bi-orientable thermoplastic recipients by Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Process.
In the first stage pre-forms are produced. In a second and third stage, the pre-forms are stretched and blowed.
Due to the fact this integrated mould combines all stages necessaries for an injection-stretch-blow production it allows that, with minimum equipment, associated to an injection unit or mould sustentation platform, the production of bi-orientable thermoplastics is possible without investment in specific, expensive machines. The integrated mould occupies the physical space normally destined to injection moulds. The potentialities of the machine and physical space needed in the plant are maximized and there is no need to transport the pre-forms to a second stretch blow machine.
