Twin Die Head:
The output of plant is less during production of small diameter pipes. We can produce two pipes simultaneously instead of one pipe from the one extruder; the output will be approximately double. This is known as twin die principle.
Single Die Head:
This die used to full utilization of extruder capacity in manufacturing of PVC pipe.
Diameter 740 mm Die ring and mandrill for HDPE pipe
