Dual Pipe Die Head for Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Hindustan Plastics present dual pipe die head which produces the dual pipes out of one mould hence reduce the production cost. It is ideal for smaller size pipes ranges from 16 mm - 50 mm with stainless steel spider. A special flow channel is designed that provides equal distribution of PVC in both the molds and a special treatment on the surface. The melting temperature and pressure remains even.
