50mm Dia, made of S.S. 410, working surface is mirror polished and hard chrome plated.
Side fed die with thickness adjustment bolts.
The die can be easily dismantled and can be cleaned with hinge type arrangement with the barrel flange for quick opening and closing facility.
Heaters are made from brass and S.S. with 2 heating zone for cross head and die.
The spindle is hollow for blowing air (compressed air with 3 to 4 Kg/cm2 pressure) for bubble blowing with a stop cock arrangement and with pressure regulator.
Approx. 100mm to 200mm width and 50 to 150 micron thick film can
produce.

Air Ring
The Air ring is made from aluminum single lip type arrangement with an
adjustable lip to adjust the flow of air blowing on the bubble.
Size: 100-300 mm approx. thickness approx. 0.01 ~ 0.1 in LDPE and
LLDPE approx. 0.02 ~ 0.1
It is provided with adjustment in height with respect to die with approx.
adjustment of 100mm and is mounted above the die to cool the bubble.
It is with a blower to supply air to the cooling ring. Blower is equipped
with airflow control on suction as well as on discharge side and with header to connect and supply air to cooling ring with a flexible pipe. Blower capacity is approx. 350 watts (0.5 H.P.)
The air ring has baffle type of construction to have uniform air distribution and for pressure equalization. Air gap adjustment is from close (almost) to 2 mm lip gap max. Fine adjustment by thread rotation.
Take off tower with 330mm wide nip roll assembly and driven with small
variable speed geared motor.
The dia of roll is approx. 80mm dia. One roll will be of S.S. 304 mirror
polished and one roll will be of neoprene rubber.
The nip roll assembly is pneumatically operated for pressure adjustment by help of spring and air regulator technique. It is with a guide board, adjustable in angle to adjust the bubble guide.
The complete take off roll assembly with adjustable height up to 150 mm manually.
The total height of take off roller is 1.8 meters approx. The line speed of film will be variable ranging from 1 mtrs. / min. to 15 mtr. / min. The speed controller knob is provided on the extruder control panel. The assembly is on caster wheel and with level screws.
Winder
Center less single station tube winder with a core dia of 50mm dia approx. and with a width of 330mm Max.
Mounted on take off tower structure driven by a small geared motor for
tension adjustment.

There is quick opening arrangement to remove the former from a driving mechanism.
There is a tension adjustment controller, mounted in main control panel of extruder.
