Construction of the Fujian joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sinopec is on track. The project, which includes a 240,000 bpd refinery and petrochemical units with total capacity of 2.2 mln tpa is 75% complete. The project will start in stages during this year, with start up of ethylene unit planned by Q1-2009.
