Germany's Linde Group has recently inked a JV with Sinopec Fujian Petrochemical for a long term supply of industrial gases to customers in the province of Fujian in southeastern China. The 50:50 JV between two sides will set up a new plant, Fujian Linde FPCL Gases for production and distribution of nitrogen, oxygen and argon to customers in and around Fujian province. The new plant is erecting a two air separation plants in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park in Quanzhouand has future plans to supply air gases via pipeline to its Quangang-based major customer, Fujian Integrated Refining and Ethylene Project.
