We produce profiles up to 2500 mm wide and 40 mm thick in PP, PC, PMMA, HD - PE and other thermoplastic materials.

We have concentrated on introducing improvements and updates, which now enable us to be in possession of the most advanced know - how and specialisation in the field of hollow profile extrusion. This Specialisation has led to design and realisation of installations suitable for processing polyolefins and PC / PMMA, diverse materials involving a variety of problems and therefore requiring different treatments.

Our plant has always been distinguished by its outstanding attention to detail and the rigorous selection of materials and components.

In the first stage of PC, PMMA, PETG, APET, CPET processing, our lines incorporate special systems for optimising use of this material, which take into account its special characteristics. An additional feature of this line is the coextrusion of a layer of PC / PETG containing a UV filter in order to protect the profile from the effects of exposure to ultraviolet radiation (yellowing, loss of tranparency and mechanical strength). In the extruder there is a venting zone for eliminating volatile products by means of a suction system.

A masking unit downstream of the infrared conditioning group applies a protective film to both surfaces of the product. The second take - off group incorporates a longitudinal trimming system.

The final cross cutting system, for product cut according to sizes required, is equipped with a cut device including either hot blades or circular saws, or a combination of these two systems.

The product, ready and cut, is finally collected on pallets thanks to diverse stacking systems and configurations (Using vacuum suckers, grippers, or simple transport.)

We design completely automatic systems specially adapted to customer's needs and to required width and length of the profile.
