Our 65mm PP/HDPE Monofilament plant model SEW - 20065 suitable for the manufacturing of 0.15mm to 1mm Monofilament and max output of 45 to 50 kgs/hr. consisting of single screw 65mm extruder with 12.5 HP 440 volts 1500 RPM 3 phase AC motor, hopper, barrel & 65mm screw, cross head, die head and die, complete set of heaters for barrel, control cabinet with temperature controllers. Take up equipments consisting of S.S. quenching tank, first goddet, S.S. orientation tank, second goddet complete with electricals. One 6 shafts torque control bobbin winder with individual torque motor drives as detailed in the specifications.
