1.Applicable Material: Paper, plastic films
2.Main Drive: Main driving DC motor, provide stable cutting speed
3.Unwind Section:(a)Horizontal type unwind stand / Swing-out/Lift-up type mechanical shaft with 3" adapters makes loading and unloading more convenient.
(b) Equipped with Automatic Tension Controller (diameter calculating type), provide constant and stable web tension control.
(c) Equipped with feeding motor and position detector as well as upgraded dancer-roller, which provide stable tension for films before inserting into cutting section
4.Cutting Section:(a) Equipped with servo motor and driver, which raise the accuracy of cutting length
(b) Equipped with photo sensor (German made), provide accurate cutting position control.
(c) The design of safety cutter provides extra safety for the operator.
(d) Equipped with static eliminating device.
5.Stacking: Collecting table will slowly descend for stacking. Max. stacking height is 800mm.
