Equipped with hydraulic screen changer which allows for easy operation. The screen changer which allows for easy operation. The screen can be quickly changed without completely stopping the machine. The machine uses a CONAIR dehumidifying unit and ratio mixer. Equipped with a MAAG gear pump and a T- die to ensure the sheet is of the highest quality.


The unit uses a three roll stack of mirror finish polish roll from Japan,with a surface roughness of O.IS. The driving system uses a Japenese servo motor for individual control to ensure precise speed control for three polish roll.


Covered with PE film coating device to prevent surface friction.A take off unit stably draws off the sheet. A circular cutting saw trims the edges evenly and an in line recycling device saves energy and cuts down production costs.


The cutting saw unit can cut both plain and corrugated sheet. Finished product length can be accurately controlled and connected with an auto stack unit which automaically sucks the sheet and moves the stacks neatly. This configuration is easy to use and saves labour.
