All digital drive, PLC control system for working line speed/ tension control and synchronization


Main Features:

* 100 mm exturder, barrier screw, DC motor or AC motor with vector inverter comtrol.

* Turret type unwinder, fully auto system for pre-run, splicing and cutting ; completed with power brake or direct drive system.

* Polymer anchor coater with air knife drying system during PE coating

* 3 roller lamination unit with 600mm diameter cooling roller for best cooling efficiency

* Sandwich unwinder for second substrates, completed with semi auto semi tension control.

* Turret type winder, fully auto sustem for pre-ren, splicing and cutting with direct drive system, and completed with out-feed unit, Dancer rollers provided in between each drive for tension compensation.
