Twin screw PVC Pipe Extruders
Twin-screw extruders are important for extrusion of PVC pipes.
Our twin screw extruders with screw diameters 50mm to 168mm are available for output range from 80 to 2,000 kgs/hr.
These extruders can therefore meet the demands of PVC pipes for drinking water, irrigation, plumbing, SWR, casing conduits, industrial applications, etc.
Energy Saving
The screw has a closed internal heat balancing system, which ensures an improved exchange of heat between the different zones of the screw. It is maintenance free and self-regulating.
Synchronization
Synchronization of drives of extruder, feeder and haul-off enables ease of operation, as well as reduction of wastage.
Specific Output
A high specific output always means high material throughput at low screw speeds. This result in low shear stresses, gentle plasticizing and low screw wear.
Vertical feeder
The extruders are equipped with vertical feeders for processing of wide range of different formulations. They permit easy adaptation of different bulk densities.
