These lines are identical to those for expanded tubes. Only the die head is different. Multi-die heads are used also for profiles.
Expanded PE and PP profiles are used mainly for the packaging of products which need special protection during transport, for instance to protect angles and edges of furniture, mirrors, picture frames etc.
The sections of the profiles which can be produced are the ones which can be inscribed in the maximum diameter indicated for the tubes.
