The expanded PS profiles are not flexible as the profiles of expanded PE and PP, but rigid. They are used for making picture frames, building profiles etc.
The extrusion lines for expanded PS profiles are similar to PE / PP profile lines with the difference that these profiles need, after the die head, a calibrator with a sufficient length to calibrate the profile and cool it down gradually.
All our extrusion lines have the electrical equipment provided with PLC and control desk with touch screen, allowing the operator to carry out all operation and process tasks easily and quickly.
