It is possible to manufacture accurate tubes for catheters with our extrusion plant.
There are 2 kinds of molding for straight tube, one is vacuum sizing method for size standard of outside diameter, and the other is wire coating method for size standard of inside diameter. And there are 2 kinds of molding of different diameter tube, one is inner pressure and low pressure and the other is molding method for adapting for needed figure, which we can select the above methods optionally.
This Extruder System is perfect machine, and we have delivered over 30 units in Japan.
