Structure features
- Dia 65/Dia 90 extruders adopt casting aluminum heaters, FUJI or RKC smart temperature control meters, the temperature error is ± 10 C.
- The material runner adopts helical runner invented by ourselves, which could distribute the material uniformly and meet the production requirement of several kinds of HDPE or PP.
- It adopts hollow flotage stainless steel sizing cover invented by ourselves. Three cutter slots are designed to satisfy different kinds of material.
- It adopts constant torque motor reducer to drive the winding shaft to realize constant torque winding.
- The automatic fix length cutter device is set.
