Structure features
- One host machine (dia 80 twin screw extruder).
- Two sets of die heads, respective for special shape mat and thread mat.
- The speed of the forming machine is adjusted by inverter; the forming machine has electric lifting mechanism and automatic circulation control device for water position.
- The substrate forming machine adopts the method of coating and scratching by rolling cutter, the width of coating and scratching and the thickness of the substrate can be adjusted.
