Our machines are designed for operating in semi automatic mode. These machines are used for manufacturing bottles and jars of size 25ml to 25ltr. Capacity made from polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) perform by thermal processing and stretch blowing.
The PET containers are used for:
- Mineral Water.
- Soft Drinks (low and High Carbonated).
- Alcoholic Beverages.
- Agro-chemicals.
- Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.
- Edible Oils.
- Powder Products, Coffee, Tea, Spices and Sweets.
The shape and size of the final product can be achieved by simple change of the mould and adequate regulation of the system for stretching and heating the perform.

The system for thermal conditioning of preform: The specially designed infrared heating oven chamber with rotating preform and surface cooling, liner and rotary conveyor with cooling arrangement to avoid neck damages. Each heater zone is regulated separately to adjust the heat.
The preform blowing and stretching systems: Is done in two steps, pre-blow at 2-5 kg/cm2 during stretching and final blow at 15-30 kg/cm2 depending on the shape, size of the containers. Precisely controlled and regulated pneumatic drive is used for stretching.
The controls: All the systems are controlled from the panel with micro process based PLC for all steps of production cycle and sub systems of the machine.
