According to new requirement of large diameter PVC pipe extrusion line, PVC plate extrusion line and high speed profile extrusion line, we offer counter rotation parallel twin-screw extruders. This extruder has long L/D ratio screws, low-temperature plasticization and mixing unit, large torque speed reduction system, long-life bearing and reliable electrical control system.

This asks for more technology for the temperature control in the screw core.
Special designed long-life bearing and high torque gearbox ensure the long using life of the extruder. This extruder can adopt dosing feeding or gravity feeding. The barrel cooling has high efficient air-cooling method or oil circulation cooling method.
