The two stage extrusion compounding line is suitable for temperature sensitive materials and had great capability to remove vapour and gasses. Machine is suitable for PVC, XLPE, Zero halogen cable, shield material, high concentration carbon black masterbatch, after treatment of rubber dehydrating and so on.
Characteristic: The first stage is twin-screw extruder without die. Proper design of barrel and screw ensures compounding of thermosensitive materials like PVC and dispersion under the condition of no back pressure.
The second stage is single screw extruder. Because of the lower rotating speed, it can complete melt and compound forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating.
