This extrusion line is suitable for producing all kinds of PE/PPR pipes of water supply, draining or industry cable pipe. The main machine of this extrusion line is the Single-screw extruder. Accessories include vacuum forming bath, traction machine, cutter and product stacker. According to different sizes of pipes, there are different designs of Traction machines in two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve pedrails respectively. There two designs of Cutter in Saw cutting and planetary cutting with PLC control. KEBLEN also provide special machines for producing spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam-core pipe in PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX by exchanging suitable extruders and accessorial machines.
