Designed for operating in the semi automatic mode.
Used for manufacturing bottles and jars of size 25 ml to 25 ltr. Capacity.
Made from polyethylene Terephatalate (PET) preform by thermal processing and stretch blowing.
PET containers are used for:

The shape and size of the final product can be achieved by simple change of the mould and adequate regulation of the system for stretching and heating the preform.

The system for thermal conditioning of preform: The specially designed infrared heating oven chamber with rotating preform and surface cooling arrangement to avoid neck damages. Each heater zone is regulated separately to adjust the heat.
The preform blowing and stretching systems: Is done in two steps, pre- blow at 2-5 kg/cm2 during stretching and final blow at 15-30 kg/cm2 depending on the shape, size of the containers. Precisely controlled & regulated pneumatic drive is used for stretching.
The controls: All the systems are controlled from the panel with micro process based PLC for all steps of production cycle and sub systems of the machine.
