PVC Foamed Ornament Plate takes PVC as the raw material. After denaturalization and addition of stabilizer, intensifier and other additives, the PVC material can be plasticized and extruded into plate. This kind of plate has some features of wood and can be drilled, sawed, nailed, digged, and felt. The comparative density is small (0.55-0.9). So it is the ideal material to replace the wood. Furthermore, it has sound insulation, temperature reservation, fire resistance and anticorrosion and other advantages. Because of the special performance, it can be widely used in:
- Traffic and transportation trade: steamboat, airplane, carriage, train, roof, core layer of the wing-room and inter decoration plates.
- Construction ornament: the outer wallboard of the architecture, inner decoration plate, house, office and public construction interlayer, business shelf, dustless room plate, roof plate, cabinet, wall cupboard, and fitment.
- Advertising halftone printing, computer carving, advertising board, exhibition board and making board.
