- Low cost with high benefit. 1000 plastic bottle lids produced by the fitting machine need about 4kw./hour, but only need less than 1.5 kw/hour by our machine. It also can save vast cooling water. Moreover, the module cavities of the machine are separated and disconnected with the hot current channel of the extrusion machine. So the raw materials utilization rate can reach 98%.
- High Quality. The die cut techniques of the machine adopts all kinds of comprehensive materials, such as the material with low index of melt flowage. The low index of melt flowage has better chap-endurable performance and mechanical performance to HDPE and better impact performance to polypropylene. In addition, adjust the heating temperature and cooling temperature of the processed plastic materials can make the module has better and more stable shape.
