We offer co extrusion blow molding machine for the production of large volume containers and large surface area components.
Our process offers
- Considerably reduced permeation rates for hydrocarbons.

We supply discontinuous coex blow molding machines
- for 2 to 5 layers
- with 10 L to 400 L
- for 30 L up to 10,000 L
- with clamping force up to 6,000 kn
The coex accumulator head is designed for 2 up to 5 layer discounting co-extrusion. The coex heads work to the first in/first out system. The melt guides are free of any obstructions completely preventing flow marks. The melt channels are sized to meet the individual material specs. The layer thickness of the individual material melts are corrected and optimized by means of built-in-adjustment sleeves.

for 2 layer co-extruded wall designs e.g. use of recycled materials, external layer-pigmented colored material.
- Accuhead type a coex 3/4
for 3 / 4 layer co-extruded wall designs e. g. use of recycled materials contained in virgin material.
- Accuhead type a coex 5
for 5 layer co-extruded wall designs e. g. containers with barrier layers.
There are many other variations of wall designs.
The accuheads are available in sizes type a 10 up to type a 400.

Our coex process offers the following features:
- Operator friendly control of the moulding process; e.g. the individual layer thickness is corrected just by changing the extruder speed.
- The bonding between the various layers is optimized by the very long melt guides. After joining the various melt layers remain in the coex piston at least for the duration of the ejection cycle, with the melt pressure and the melt temperature influencing most favorably the bonding between the various layers.
As an inherent features of the discontinuous Coex technology, the extruded melt is stored in the accumulator head while constant pressure and temperature have an optimum effect in the bonding strength of the single plastic layers. Contrary to continuous co-extrusion techniques. Our technology helps to keep the parison from stretching lengthwise by temperature maintained in the process of forming and blow-moulding of multiplayer articles with length up to 5 m.
- Reduced material costs
Our technology offers savings in material costs because the container wall can be custom designed to meet specific product requirements. For instance, the outermost and innermost layers can be composed of virgin high molecular Pes, while cost effective recycled materials can be used for the intermediate layers. With this type of machine, article sizes of up to 3000 litre can be manufactured, independent of product design. Here, likewise a tie barless closing system is used which conforms to the approved characteristics of the patented system in view of product removal and mould assembly. Consequently, blow moulds can also be used which go above and beyond the related closing plate size. Applications hereby can be found for example in the field of water sports.
Furthermore, this machine is ideally suitable for products used in the field of household technology (rainwater tanks, septic tanks, heating oil tanks etc.) as well as also for applications in agriculture. Ideally, suitable this type of machine is fitted with coex and bi-ex accumulator heads between 100 and 250 litre, the use of systems for partial wall thickness control is likewise possible.
With this machine type, the world's largest multi-layer blow-mould unit was achieved. A blow-volume of up to 10,000 litre, accumulator heads up to 500 litre as well as closing forces of up to 600 t. are available at your finger tips. Especially in the field of jumbo tank production for waste water technology and for product solutions possible.
cost reductions can be achieved through a high input of up to 70 percentage recycling materials. Both machine types are constructed individually and in accordance with customers wishes.
