Considering a net production of 500 Kg/h ( average) the gross out put is 600 Kg/h approx.
We shall have the following conditions:
- Layer A = 20 percent of 600 Kg/h = 120 Kg/h, we suggest a 60 mm extruder which has a production capacity of 200 Kg/h.
- Layer B = 65 percent of 600 Kg/h = 400 Kg/h, we suggest a 120 mm extruder which has a production capacity of 480 Kg/h
- Layer C = 15 percent of 600 Kg/h = 90 Kg/h, we suggest a 60 mm extruder which has a production capacity of 200 Kg/h. (extruder for cling layer).
