Two-Platen Direct Lock Type Machine

This type machine is designed by two platen direct lock type of new hydraulic clamp method to reduce the installation area by compact design.

Injection unit:
- Back pressure is well-controlled on the screen by using proportional valve and is controlled in detail to be highly precise production.
- Effective response for various resins by installing high toque on hydraulic motor.
- As hydraulic motor is moving with screw connected directly, RPM is controlled accurately without any loss of toque.
- Precious injection & charge control based on multi stages control of pressure, speed, and distance by using superior position transducer.
- Easy clean and change of screw and cylinder due to use of injection rotation device.
