Product Details

Two arm bi-axial are twin station machines with traveling turret and fixed oven. These are most versatile rotational moulding machine and most suited for high volume production. Large tanks can be mounted on L Arm and multiple smaller tanks can be mounted on straight arm. This flexibility is very useful for catering to varying demand of market.
Two arm machines are choice for medium size of production with lot many variety of moulds.

Machine description:
Vinodrai is manufacturing three models of twin arm machines with capacity from 1,000 lit to 5,000 lit. Standard machine comes with one L-Arm and one Straight Arms. Machines with both L Arm or Straight Arm can be offered on request.

Furnace:
Furnace is constructed from ERW square and rectangle section. Outer chamber is constructed with 18 SWG sheet steel and inside chamber with CRC sheet with special high temperature aluminium coating. Furnace is insulated with high grade mineral wool. This light weight steel chamber in combination with excellent insulating properties gives machine its quick heat up time and high fuel efficiency.

There is separate combustion chamber and hot air circulating blower of 3.0 / 5.0 H.P. Furnace is designed to give temperature up to 250 Degree C. Uniform heating is a key feature of these machines. Impeller of the circulating blower is made from stainless steel and supported on heavy pedestal bearings form both side. Impellers are dynamically balanced. Both the doors are operated automatically by geared motors.
A fully automatic package burner of Italian make is used. Burner runs on light diesel oil. Furnace is having provision for loading second and third layer material without opening the furnace doors.

L Arm:
L Arm is constructed with heavy plates with unique adjustable balance weights.
Main shaft of the L Arm is solid; Y-axis movement is transmitted via external sleeve. This allows us to use large shaft diameters. Shaft is ultrasonically tested for raw material soundness.
Large size of main gear box, heavy transmitting chain and other elements makes Vinodrai machines trouble free even in harsh furnace environment.

Straight Arm:
Straight Arm assembly is designed to take up two moulds. Heavy duty main shaft and external rotating sleeve for Y-axis movement makes straight arm totally maintenance free. Universal spider provided for mounting of moulds.
Large size of main gear box, heavy chain and sprocket is designed to take care of unbalance loads.
Shaft is ultrasonically tested for soundness of raw material.

Turret:
A unique turret with automatic drive by geared motor. There is provision of over load clutch for protection of the machine.

Control Panel:
Control panel is sheet steel; powder coated housing enclosing all controls. Free standing ergonomically designed. AC drives for X and Y axis. Digital display of RPM setting. Reversal switch, digital temperature controller, easy to adjust cycle timer, overload protection, and alarm assist in process control.
Circuit is designed to take over process control. So even a unskilled operator gives the same quality of tank. A circuit diagram with wire numbers and trouble shooting guide helps in quick diagnosis of faults.

No wonder twin arm machines are most suited for medium production level with low investment in plant and machinery you get all benefit of closed oven bi-axial machine.
