We are looking for a PET sheet line on the following specifications:
- Materials to be used: Apet, Gpet, PP
- Material status: - virgin 7-10%, recycled 85-90% and virgin 7-10%
ABA structure
- If recycled materials, they are post consumed pet bottle flakes
- One main twin screw (extrusion for post consumer pet bottle scrap) and Co-extrusion single screw (virgin pet granules)
- Width of sheet: 1200mm max net width of the sheet
- Thickness range of sheet required: 0.15mm ~ 1.5mm
- Line speed required: 75m/min max speed.
- Extruding output: 400-450kg/hr
- Destination country machine to be installed: INDIA
- 3-1. Power: ?220V and 3phase ?Others: (please specify)
- Application of sheet: food, medicine, containers etc
- We need corona treatment on both sides.
- We need embossing equipment for embossing design on the sheet.
- Special requirements & instruction: We require a washing plant for washing a PET post consumed PET bottle flakes.
