25 mm PE/PP Lab tape line: with 3 godet stations and has the following additional features for closer simulation and flexibility.

b. Cheese winders: Helical systematic winding for different samples as compared to bobbin winder

c. Additional Stabilization hot air oven: to stabilize the tape, after stretching, placed between 2nd and 3rd godet station to maintain the tensile strength of the tape

d. Edge side trim: to get a consistent denier tape and greater flexibility.

OPTIONALS:

Screen changer: Easy to use and provides greater flexibility while changing the colour and choked breaker plate.

Also results in less wastage.
