This special IML are placed into the mould by a robotised system. While the Parison is extruded, the labels are kept in position by suitable suction holes. The two parts of the mould close; the air is blown from the inner of the Parison, giving the bottle its shape and incorporating the label in the container itself. The mould opens, the finished and decorated container is ready to be filled and the machine begins again its cycle.
