Our cast films are produced on the most sophisticated multiplayer co-extrusion film lines. A wide range of speciality cast films are offered in thicknesses ranging from 13 u to 200 u and widths upto 1800 mm, with options of in-line embossing, surface treatment and surface finish as per customer requirement.
Speciality Cast Co-extruded Films Offered include:
CPP Films - Various grades of co-extruded cast polypropylene films in natural (high transparency) or opaque white with surface treatment on either or both sides.
Stretch Wrap Films - Cast co-extruded easy and high stretch films designed for hand and machine wrapping and use in pallet stretch wrap and food and bundle overwraps.
Soft Blister Films - Specially formulated co-extruded film for medical disposables packaging.
Release films - Polyethylene based embossed or plain films tailor-made for use in rubber, tyre and tread and conveyor belting industry.
Hygiene Films - Specially formulated cast co-extruded film based on polyethylene for use as diaper backing film, in sanitary napkins and in surgical drapes.
