SCJ Group has successfully diversified into manufacturing of mono and multilayer thermoplastic sheets. Known as SCJ Colourants and Suyog Extrusions and located in Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) with an installed capacity 600 metric tons per month of sheets for thermoforming, vacuum forming and fabricating applications.
The units have state of art imported plants and are capable of producing plain or embossed sheets up to 5 layers with choice of 3 compatible polymer combinations. These can be produced in width up to 1.5 meter and thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 7.0 mm in various colours, transparent and opaque in HIPS, ABS, PP and HD.
It has a full fledged and well equipped R & D and testing facility, where strict quality checks are made through all steps of production from raw material to the end product ensuring quality compliance as per customer's specifications. The plants and R & D are manned by dynamic well experienced technical team full of innovative idea's.
Our sheets are well accepted by the leading white goods manufactures as also the automotive industry, glow sign, stationary, material handling trays and other vacuum and thermoforming applications
